Some clients choose to use this meeting as a "crash course," helping them to better understand all of the necessary steps to planning and designing their event.


Together, we will go through every aspect of your event from start to finish. As part of our process, you assign a priority rating to each element and we will determine the best way to accomplish your goals. Additionally, we will create a budget guideline, which you will use as a tool throughout the planning process. We will compile a calendar, detailing each element and activity as well as provide you with suggestions for vendors based on the details, personal style, priority rating and budget.

A customized design plan (including sketches and examples of floral combinations and color, linens, layout and lighting) will be created from our interpretation of your personal style and event goals.
