We have focused our success these many years, on coordinating, creating and managing our corporate event planning platform of services by designing unique environments, which reflect our clients’ cultures, needs and visions.


In order to present and guide you on all options available and on every aspect of the program inclusions qualified to meet your requests, a short complimentary meeting with Donna or with one of our Event Professionals is scheduled, which will help allow you to make the critical decisions.
Initial Consultation
Should you choose to proceed, this meeting launches the actual event planning process. We will negotiate everything, giving you great value, while qualifying and guaranteeing the vendor product and services. Some clients choose to use this meeting as a "crash course," helping them to better understand all of the necessary steps to planning and designing their event.


Together, we will go through every aspect of your event from start to finish. As part of our process, you assign a priority rating to each element and we will determine the best way to accomplish your goals. Additionally, we will create a budget guideline, which you will use as a tool throughout the planning process. We will compile a calendar, detailing each element and activity as well as provide you with suggestions for vendors based on the details, personal style, priority rating and budget.
On-going Consulting

As your full-service consultant, we will meet with you as often as necessary in order to advise you with the contracting and coordinating of all of your vendors on an ongoing basis. We will assist you with managing your calendar and your budget and provide you with professional advice along the way.


Why do we call ourselves consultants instead of coordinators, directors or planners? We define what we do differently. We provide full-service consulting to ensure design and consistency in style throughout your entire event. This includes, but is not limited to the theme, invitations and all printed pieces, catering and menu selections, décor and floral.

Floral and Decor
Events by Lennox offers a complimentary meeting to discuss your floral and décor needs. This is our opportunity to show you our diverse portfolio and suggest decorative elements you might like to incorporate into your event.


You will receive an itemized quote and a host of ideas for your color scheme and room layout. A customized design plan (including sketches and examples of floral combinations and color, linens, layout and lighting) will be created from our interpretation of your personal style and event goals. We are truly passionate about amazing flowers and the overall look of every event.
Invitations, Accessories and Gifts
Events by Lennox has spent many years working personally with some of the finest business colleagues specializing in beautiful and extraordinary gifts, accessories and invitations. We put their expertise to work by selecting them to offer our clients options within their style and budget. We can provide customized invitations, programs, stationery and favors and specialize in incorporating your monogram, corporate branding or motif.
